Mary was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. When she was twelve, Mary began playing keys at her church's VBS Kids Camp. Ever since, worship through the arts has been an integral part of her walk with God. Though she has her roots in music, she also branched off and studied theatre. It was through theatre that she met her husband, Ethan. They were married in June of 2019. Since then, Mary has taught theatre at Grace Christian School, spent a summer in Kodiak, learned how to quilt, and started her own theatre arts business. Playing keys and singing with others is Mary's favorite form of worship, although she also enjoys hiking and camping in God's beautiful creation. She loves a good boardgame with friends. Throughout her life, Mary has been exploring what it means to fan into flame the gift of the Spirit of power, love and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:6-7). |
